Make sure you are staying with your diet plan—and don't slack off. You might be tempted to cheat only a little here and there, but that doesn't help you to meet your goals. However, if you do happen to cheat, don't beat yourself up about it. Rather, just refocus and go back on your weight loss program. Remember that every little bit matters, so if you cheat too much on your diet it will completely erase all the time you stick to your diet.
